Radio Remote Controls

Lift

The LIFT series brings AUTEC’s well know reliability and safety to a compact and cost-effective form factor that is the perfect choice for most types of overhead cranes, jibs, hoists, and winches. Operators will appreciate the efficiency and ergonomics of the LIFT, and the new “MY LIFT AUTEC” App will help to reduce installation and maintenance times, and maximize machine availability.
At last, LIFT series equipped with ACRH11 base station is available with UL 508 certification in compliance with US and Canadian safety standards.

Air

The AIR series includes a wide range of transmitting units (handheld & joystick) and receivers that make it suitable for many remote control need in both industrial lifting and automation. Included among the features specific to the AIR Series are: configurable dual-band radio with automatic frequency search at system start-up (freq. 434/915 MHz) or with automatic search in FHSS mode (freq. 870/915 MHz), solutions with multiple transmitters / receivers and connectivity through CANopen, Profibus, ProfiNet, EtherCat, EtherNet IP and serial interfaces for the control and communication of data.

Dynamic

The DYNAMIC joystick transmitting units have been designed for mobile hydraulic applications and offer analog and digital commands.
The Data Feedback function is also available and information is shown on a graphic display (1.54”, 2.7” monochrome version or 2.8’’and 4.3” color displays with programmability by CODESYS development environment). The systems are highly customisable, thus enabling function extension up to 12 proportional and 64 digital commands for the most complex applications.

FHSS (frequency-hopping)
Technology allows uninterrupted communication between receiver and transmitter even in challenging environments. This bi-directional communication is also optimized for a fast data link to receive feedback from the unit, such as alarms, load weight, distances and other measures. Commands can be programmed so as to obtain working logic functions that meet customers’ specific needs.

Dynamic +

Autec’s DYNAMIC+ consists of joystick transmitting units and the CRD receiving unit. Radio controls are suitable for direct current applications, typical of hydraulic machinery used in construction sites, logistics and transportation, infrastructure maintenance and much more. Three different transmitting units are available: DJS, DJR and DJM. You can also use Data Feedback, which allows user to visualize information on a 1.54 ” display (DJS), 2.7 ” or 4.3 ” color graphic displays (DJR and DJM, respectively). The high configurability of the system enhances the performance of even the most complex configurations with up to a maximum of 12 proportional and 64 digital outputs.

Dynamic Communication
DYNAMIC+ transmitting units and receiving units communicate with each other in “frequency hopping” mode, as they dynamically utilize the working frequencies included in the 863-870 MHz band (or 915-928 MHz for non-European markets). Basically, they constantly change working frequencies, verifying that a frequency is free before using it. In this way they maintain a stable radio link in the presence of interference while simultaneously creating the least possible interference for other radio equipment in the area. The reliability of the radio link allows an effective response to the proportional controls without the need for frequency mapping, even when radio frequencies are considerably crowded.

Dynamic + P

Featuring the recognized reliability and safety of all AUTEC systems, the Dynamic+P series allows for pairing its transmitter and the receiver through a simple cable connection. Although new Dynamic+P systems are delivered from the factory with their transmitters paired to their receivers univocally, unlike the Dynamic and Dynamic+ series, Dynamic+P eliminates hardware code keys. These systems store their univocal address codes digitally inside their transmitting and receiving units.
Pairing replacement transmitting and/or receiving units is quick and simple, and can even be performed on site to reduce downtime.

The new Dynamic+P Series includes the transmitting units Compact, Link, Curve, PJR, PJM and PJB matched with the compact and sturdy CRP receiving unit.
Dynamic+P allows for transferring of transmitter and receiver diagnostics to the CAN line and can monitor any single actuator of the transmitting unit. Messages can be displayed on the radio remote control and/or on the machine operator panel; machines with network/telemetry communication can also transfer specific diagnostics information remotely. Therefore, service operations are simplified and streamlined.

The Dynamic+P series is available in dual band 870/915 MHz or 2.4 GHz frequencies.

Industrial Wireless

The INDUSTRIAL WIRELESS series includes the new KWS (Kit Wireless System), a modular control system designed by AUTEC that enables secure and reliable wireless connections.

Specific features of the INDUSTRIAL WIRELESS series include:
• Flexibility and ease to set-up, does not require programming in most situations;
• high expansion possibilities thanks to its modular structure, enabling the customization of electric interfaces with the machine.

Cable Controls

AUTE WC (Wired Can) and WA (Wired Analog) cable control units have been developed specifically for elevated work platforms and back-up units when radio frequencies are not allowed. The upper components match Dynamic+ series (DJS, DJL, DJR, DJM, DJN and DJQ), and are designed to protect their actuators from involuntary activation. They meet legal requirements as well as work ergonomics needs. The lower part is designed to allow for highly customizable wiring solutions.
The WC and WA cable control units can be used as alternatives to Dynamic, Dynamic+ and Dynamic+P cableless control systems.
They are equipped with IEC 60947-5-5-compliant mushroom pushbuttons which can be used for the stop or emergency stop functions. The machine manufacturer or integrator can establish whether the mushroom pushbutton performs the stop function or the emergency stop function.

Hydraulic Actuator

Hydraulic Actuator Blocks

Our hydraulic actuator blocks are engineered for direct installation on HCD (Hydrocontrol) and SD (Walvoil) hydraulic valves, making it possible to remotely control machines equipped with these manual valve types. Each actuator module manages one proportional function and is mounted directly onto the back of the valve for a compact, secure, and highly precise installation — perfect for limited-space applications and eliminating the risk of future mechanical play.

These actuator systems allow you to convert manual hydraulic machines into fully radio-controlled units without altering the existing hydraulic circuit — maintaining manual control as a fallback.

EX Solutions

Industrial Joysticks

Joysticks

Our industrial joysticks are engineered to offer smooth, responsive, and reliable control — ideal for heavy-duty machinery and remote operation systems.

Load Moment Indicator System

Load Moment Indicator

Our cutting-edge Load Moment Indicator (LMI) solutions designed for loader cranes. Our LM-series systems ensure safer lifting operations, protect your equipment, and help you meet compliance standards with confidence.

All our LMI systems are fully compliant with SANS 15442:2007 and ISO 15442:2005(E), Clause 5.6.1.1, which states:

“Rated capacity limiters and indicators shall be provided on all cranes having a rated capacity of 3 000 kg or more.”

This ensures reliable overload protection, prevention of overturning, and safe operation in line with South African and international requirements.

System Solutions

Analogue Slope Sensor

The ANSS analogue inclination sensor operates on a single axis and features a 4-20mA current output, available with various working angles.

The output current is proportional to the sensor’s inclination relative to the horizontal position.

When the sensor is positioned with its long side perfectly horizontal, the output current should range between 11.9mA and 12.1mA.

During installation, it is important to verify that the output current in the horizontal position falls within this range.

Dual-Axis CAN-BUS Angle Sensor

The DAS-C is a dual-axis, CAN bus angle sensor that utilizes a CAN interface to provide precise inclination data, measuring slope relative to the horizontal plane within a range of ±45°.

The sensor is powered by a high-accuracy accelerometer IC; should the inclination exceed the operational range, the value is automatically trimmed to ±45°. To ensure peak performance, each unit is factory-calibrated at 25°C and features integrated hardware and software filters to mitigate vibration interference.
